
I’ve shed 8 pounds in about a months tlme, easily and without effort. It has increased my enjoyment of eating a hundred fold. It completely changed the way I look and think about eating. Having nothing to lose ( except for a few dollars and a few pounds ) I tried it. But most people could benefit by shedding a few pounds and most people also find that difficult to do. I dont smoke or drink alcohol so although his books on those topics made sense to me as i read them, I couldn’t test the method for myself. I was actually interested in whether or not Allen Carr’s easy way method of quitting drinking or smokimg could work for someone I loved. Even better, I have not felt the discomfort and shame from over stuffing myself with junk foods. I have listened to this book several times over the last month since I first acqired it and without any concious effort have lost over 15 lbs, have more energy and focus than I've had in years, and I do not feel starved or deprived. This is one of those rare books that can truly change your life for the better if you give it a meaningful chance. More importantly, you will recognize "junk" foods for what they are (mixtures of sugars, salt and chemicals designed by corporations to hook you and extract money from your wallet) and instantly and almost magically, their appeal will vaporize. In particular, you will have an appreciation for foods which you have taken for granted all your life, which taste great and are actually are good to your body in ways you don't realize.


If you listen to this audio book with an open mind and let the author's messages sink in and resonate within your mind, you will start seeing food in a new way.
